Nutrition Trends Are Improving

Wanted to post my nutrition trends this weekend, too, as they are showing quite a bit improvement right now, as well. I am doing really good right now on bringing down my calories as well as getting all of my macros in the right ranges. It is definitely showing on the scale, too.

calories are down quite a bit. Steadily making progress with my calories now and feeling really great

still working on remembering to track water

down on carbs, as well. have lost a lot of bloat with the reduced carbs.

back up on protein and this has helped me to feel fuller.

in range for fat now

doing really good on fibre right now.
Sodium Goal 500-2300 Starting Avg 4630 Last Week's Avg 4654 This Week's Avg 4177
lowered sodium a bit. Still having an issue with this, though.
Sugars Goal 0-90 Starting Avg 194 Last Week's Avg 313 This Week's Avg 257
lowered sugars quite a bit. making some good progress here.
Potassium Goal 2000-3500 Starting Avg 1581 Last Week's Avg 2272 This Week's Avg 1975
a little low on potassium right now but not eating bananas atm.
Cholesterol Goal 0-300 Starting Avg 460 Last Week's Avg 313 This Week's Avg 250
in range with cholesterol now.
So overall things are looking really good right now. I'm proud of the progress I'm making and headed in the right direction.
