Get back to structure

On Monday, my husband will be going back to work everyday for eight hours instead of twelve hours every other day. Those hours were really taking a toll on both of us.
I think by that happening, I will be able to have some structure back to my days. When he was working long shifts, I had to do more at home and when he was home on his days off there was less concentration on my job and on my health day.
This week, I will be planning my meals and activity.
