So unless I am tracking ever bite and I am working out with some aerobic intensity I tend to gain weight. I have put on about 10 pounds in the last month. Not a good tend. I can not control the lack of fitness facilities time but I can control what goes in my mouth and the Physical Therapy home exercises. I am going to be more diligent about tracking food as well as putting healthy food in my body. With "homemade" for multiple people it is more challenging for me to track, but I'm doing my best and that intention is positive
