After watching Forks over Knives and What the Health on Netflix recently, my husband and I are trying to eat healthier, whole foods. For the most part, we have been doing pretty good. We're not striving for perfection, but are learning better ways to prepare meals and really think about what we buy. I have fallen off the wagon over the years here. I have noticed one thing already after changing to a more veggie-based diet....my joints don't seem as stiff as they were. Could be my imagination, but I don't think so. I'm tracking again, too. I also lost 2 pounds last week.
