Logging on to say I’m trying to find my why. I thought it was my kids but I guess I’m not strong enough. Is it me?? I don’t really know. I can always see the image that I want to be but I can never get there. There is always something holding me back, some kind of block that won’t let me through.

    Thank you for your kind words. I am actually heading back to therapy this week. I have taken a break for a while but heading back to try to find myself again.

    I was thinking of my why over the weekend and to push myself in the past has always been something "BIG" like a vacation ~ so I thought about it and determined I am going to be on a vacation on 2-22-22 (not sure where yet) and want to be healthy, fit, and have enough energy to enjoy wherever I decide to go.
