I have been diligently loggin' my food. Now, we all know that at some point, it is easy to fall off. It has been easier since I am at home full-time right now but, still no walk in the park. I rush to grab food in between meetings and scribble my food on a pad I keep in the kitchen. I also notice I am spending more time weighing my food because I am home. This is a luxury I will not have when I go back to working in the office.
Then there is the dreaded: BOREDOM. Sometimes, I just fall off. My goal is to have loggin' my food so ingrained into my nature that I don't think about it. It definitely helps. By scrolling through my food log, I noticed I am hoarding my calories until the end of the day so I don't run out. I am making an adjustment to eat more balanced meals earlier in the day. Now, if I run out of calories and can't have my ice-cream after dinner tonight I am gonna be fire ant mad!
It wouldn't hurt to skip the ice-cream but I love it so.
10 Minute Workout update: In addition to walk/ run this am, my daughter and I did a 10 min ab video before lunch. It's a family affair.
