🌞. Walk/jog, core and lower body workout, walk, frisbee and mowed neighbors front lawn. 10,000+ steps. Today's walk/jog was not as good as it has been. My legs were burning so I finished my route with out quiting by walking the rest. I will try again tomorrow. Seemed like a slow day but got lots done to day. I am grateful for starting my to-do lists. It keeps me on track to get things done and on days that I was not active I can see all the things I did that day. My calories are good today. 12 cups of water. Tomorrow will be a busy day doing finances, menus, grocery lists and cleaning the fridge for Pay day. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥!
