I've plateaued again about five pounds short of where I want to be, so I'm just going to stick with what I'm doing till I get the urge to up my game a little more. I've already added some dummy calories to my "unseen calories" grouping which is basically the calories in my flaxseed sprinkles, granulated garlic and onion as well as the calories in my supplements. I have one favorite entry for just blank calories where I charge me one calorie per gram of an imaginary food. That allows me to very sneakily cheat myself little by little till the scale budges again.
Still living in fear of going to the doctor and/or not going to the doctor, so I'm going to try for an online consult and see if that works. Gotta do something as I'm about out of pills again. Between social unrest, deadly diseases, and climate questions it's an interesting time to be alive and not interesting in a good way. Stay safe everyone!
