I have a laundry list of things to work on. I don't want to think of myself as broken or a forever project but this is exhausting and sometimes that's how I feel. I am trying to pare down my goals for the month of July and I don't know what I want to tackle.

My morning routine is solid. My exercise commitment is really good.I have back-up plans and lots of resources so there are no excuses.I was late for my appointment with me at noon today to get my core workout done. No problem, work got in the way. I re-scheduled it like I would any appointment and go it done at 2:30. I am working on the night routine and my uninterrupted Spark time.

I am going to think about this a little more and give myself permission to wrap this up over the weekend.
