🌞. Walk/jog, 1/2 core and upper body strength workout, 3 of 23 tricep extension, walk and Wii sports. 9,000+ steps. So my walk/jog has hit a wall. Today I barely jogged at all on the route. Oh well maybe my body is trying to tell me to slow down. I also only could do 1 set of my core and upper body workout. My arms were burning. So because I have a really active day as it is pay day I will be only walking my route. I haven't decided if I will do my strength workout. I may decide to give my muscles some rest. Maybe I will do a little chair yoga. Who knows? My calories were high today do to a unhealthy craving I lost control of. 12 cups of water. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥! Stay safe!
