I figured out what I can do

Yesterday I was thinking about what I can do that I can do for a whole week. A small thing to give me a boost of self esteem for actually sticking with something for a week. I always seem to give up when it gets hard or I forget a day. Well, I figured it out. The change I am going to make is to begin to log my food. For now not worry about calories or falling in the ranges just getting it down on paper so to speak. Once I feel like this is a habit I will begin to work on figuring out what changes I can make to keep within ranges of stuff.
