5% Summer Challenge Start

I am in another 5% challenge and, like all previous challenges, I plan on doing it right this time.
What does that mean?
A quick review of my past challenges and I found that the common theme for not achieving my goals has been consistency, accountability, and execution.
Consistency--A couple of positives are that I do check in daily (I have a 294 day streak) and I meal plan. What I need to work on is to exercise more often and reduce/eliminate the snacking.
Accountability-I am only accountable to myself, no one else really cares if I lose weight or not. I will attempt to get involved with other like minded people to assist in keeping me on track. This is extremely difficult for me as I am an introvert and am very comfortable in my box. I do belong to a group that are moving in the same direction and I will become more involved with them.
Execution-This is my largest hurdle. I know what to do, I know how to do it, I understand the why of doing it, but my execution sucks. I am going to take it one day at a time. I have recently started working on time blocking and have added workouts to my evening routine, and I am on week two of a 66 day challenge that centers on creating healthy habits.
