Well spent a quiet weekend. Thought if I took it easy the knees might feel better, but no dice. If I stay still, the knees and legs are cramping up. Today we did have a break in our heat, and I cut 1/2 the yard today. I have enjoyed having my friend come over and cut it, and he does a better job, not sure if it is his 0 radius turn mower that makes it look so much better, or if his mulcher blade does a better job than mine, as there is never any clumping of grass. One of life's mysteries. It felt good to be out doing something useful. I am going to try and push myself, with doing some small yard work each day, to try and keep active. Can't wait to get the knee replace, hopefully in the very near future. Well back to work tomorrow and Mondays are usually a bear for us. So tomorrow's chore might not happen. We shall see. Went out to dinner tonight to our Italian place, and had a salad which was pretty good.

Glad at least you are going to get your knee replacement. I know it's just a matter of time. Seems like this will take forever. My girlfriend just had her knee replaced and is doing quite well. She had bone on bone for quite a while and was just scared to have it done. It got to the point where she couldn't take the pain, or walk anymore on it. Now she's so glad that it was done. She has to get the other one replaced but she's still healing from this one.

Take care, hope you and the rest of your family is doing ok. Any answers on the possible exposure to Covid? I know you said it was going to affect quite a bit. Hope all is negative.

Wasn't the break in the heat awesome yesterday?! Looks like we'll have that again today, but then the heat & humidity comes back...ah well... it is summer in St. Louis!

Fingers crossed the knee surgery happens soon for you.

Before I got a mulching mower, I just lifted the blade and cut the top half of the grass and then repeated. It had to be a nice day when I felt comfortable though.. it looked a lot better.
