Finally!! Lost 2 pounds!

Well, it looks like my added muscle FINALLY made me lose weight! Or maybe it was the increased DEEP SLEEP that I have been having these past two weeks. I have read recently that lack of sleep combined with stress equals weight gain. Our bodies when under stress hold onto our fat out of fear. That fear just causes more stress which adds more weight and then our stress will not allow us to sleep , once again out of fear. That process just multiplies and makes our bodies now terrified which means more stress and lack of sleep. We become worse. But if we stop the stress and get sleep, then our bodies relax and allow us to get rid of the weight.

Taking the melatonin, even for just twice a week, seems to have finally helped to educate my body to calm down and that I am not in the panic in reality.

Staying positive and optimistic, meditating, doing Ta Chi, and working on getting my mind back to normal --if not my body due to C-19 since I am still in lock down.

Our minds have so much to do with our bodies and how it reacts to things. Perhaps if we control our minds, we will control our bodies as well as our future.
