the garden is coming along nicely. We have picked radishes, spring lettuce. yummy salad... green beans, picked and canned... should get another picking before the plants are done.. The summer squash plants are huge, going to forage for some after work today... think I will grill them for dinner tonight... with some baby red potatoes.. I spy some tomatoes, but they are still green... once they get a bit bigger might try some fried..
its work but yummy.
the berries are starting to ripen.. blackberries and raspberries, smoothies coming up and the rest go into the freezer.
busy times

You must live up North to have all those amazing things in your garden.
I live in Texas and our gardens are limited.

Yum! Especially the berries. Well I Am growing basil and mint successfully! It's so nice to be able to grow your own veggies. I admire the effort!

I envy you, I'd love to be able to grow all my own veggies but my soil is very sandy and we don't get enough rain. Enjoy, it all sounds wonderful. emoticon

Awesome! I love having a garden here too!
We are eating squash, corn on the cob, tomatos and cucumbers nearly every night.
I love going to pick the corn just an hour before dinner - sooo fresh!
And I've already canned garlic dill pickles that will last us thru the year.

    Enjoy the squash !!
