What a difference the food you eat makes!

Sundays, we always have meat, chicken, pork....something like that, and dessert, etc. for our main meal at 12:30. Since I live in community, and everyone has agreed to be mostly healthy eating during the week, this is the way to navigate the group of us. And we all look forward to the Sunday dinner, I must admit!
Then yesterday, in honor of BC Day we had brunch....bacon, eggs, toast, hash browns and fruit salad. We had birthday cake for one of the sister's birthday, along with euro wieners on the bbq for supper. When I got on the scales this am, I gained 4 lbs since Friday. WHY does it take longer to get it off compared to putting it on. So today.....back to Whole Food Plant Based for me.!
