Yesterday was a win!

I didn't step on the scale, I ate like I planned, I pulled out the hand weights and loop bands, briefly but I did start with them, got thirty minutes of cardio and 10,000 steps, and got about 60% of the things I planned on doing yesterday done. I had to rest for a couple of hours after the weights so I'm not even upset that I didn't get the 40% done, I'll just do those things today. Plus, when I look at my fiance I can't believe how lucky I am to be marrying him. He's so handsome and sweet and funny and a few other things I won't go into detail about, and I love him so much.
This morning the weather is cool and later, after I do everything I've planned to do, I might go to my mom's and hang out in the backyard with my sister and her chickens. Mom and my sister have become chicken obsessed since covid, and since mom has cancer and diabetes it's good for her to have something to occupy her mind. I like the chickens too. It's very relaxing watching them. My older daughter's 25th birthday is Sunday but we're having her party on Saturday, and then my fiance and I are taking her to lunch on Sunday. At some point my daughters need to meet the five(!) step siblings they'll be getting after I'm married, but that will probably happen at the wedding. Maybe, if it's safe for everyone to come.
But anyway I have to start the rest of my day now, and I hope it's a good one for me and for everyone else.
