Well now somehow I've slightly hurt my ankle

I don't know how, I was just sitting in the car yesterday with my left leg over my right knee and it started to hurt a little, and when I touched it, it was sore and swollen. I can walk on it with no problem but it does hurt a little bit. It's annoying more than anything, and I wonder how exactly my ankle got hurt because it didn't feel bad until hours after any kind of strenuous activity. It's possible the dog ran into it and hit it in just the wrong way, or maybe I hit it somehow myself, but if either of those things happened they didn't register at the time.
So I'm more or less resting my feet today. I might pull out the arm weights again and I might do some stretching on the floor, if I can find my mat, which should be around here somewhere. I've been meaning to do more stretching anyway, because I need to. I thought the tendonitis was coming back in my shoulders because I'm so stiff but then I noticed I'm really stiff all over, and I guess all those months of being too exhausted to move much have something to do with me being too stiff. For the first week of stretching my shoulders and neck it made me dizzy but it's better now. I used to actually like stretching but now it's not as much fun. Hopefully it will be again if I keep at it.
