Sept 2020 goals

My S.M.A.R.T. Goals:
My goals are to stay in my WW point range 6 of 7 days each week.

I will do walking or exercise videos a minimum 20 minutes a day 6 of 7 days a week.

By doing the above two goals, I will achieve my goal of losing 20 pounds by the end of 2020. This will be measured on weigh in every Wednesday as well as using a tape measure to keep track of inches lost.

My Program:
My calorie range is 1200-1550. I'm working on adding more veggies to the menu, fruits aren't hard to add. My WW plan allows 23 daily pts, as well as weekly pts.
