Setting new goals for 2021

It's getting harder and harder to stick to the program as I get older. Or is it just an excuse. Finished watching World's Toughest Race: Eco-Challenge Fiji. Shows like that used to inspire me. Yesterday, I was painting a tiny piece of wall in my son's room, and my heart rate spiked high. It felt like I'm going to have heart attack. Why this doesn't motivate me? Would I rather die than get healthy?

Setting goal: I will reach 206 lbs by January 1st, 2021.
I will track all I eat every day.
I will exercise at least 20 minutes a day 6 days a week.
I will write reflection blog at least once a week.
