SMART Goals for BLC 44

My goal for BLC 44 is to lose 5 pounds before Thanksgiving.
I will do this with exercise and tracking my nutrition.
I will exercise 5 days a week. My exercise will consist of a combination of stretching, my PT exercises, strength training and cardio.
My main reason for wanting to lose 5 pounds is to lower my blood pressure and to be more comfortable in my clothes and to move with a little more grace than I do now.
This it it, time to lose 5 more pounds.
