BLC44 SMART Goals

It's time for BLC44 and I'm excited about making some awesome health improvements! Here are my SMART goals - I will edit as needed as the round goes along.
1. I will bench press 10kg dumbbells by the end of BLC44. I'm currently at 5 or 6kg. I took a long break from strength training. Before the break I was lifting 8kg, so hopefully I'll be back to that level quickly!
2. I will make walking a habit. I will do this by walking 30 min 5 or more times a week. I do a lot of walking and biking in my normal life, but there's something special about a focused walk, especially in the evening. It's really good for my brain!
3. I will become an excellent sleeper again. I will do this by turning off electronic devices at 9pm, even on weekends. I feel really good the next day when I go to sleep around 10, but it's so hard to shut down at 9!
4. I will eat for nutrition and not reward. I will do this by engaging my thoughts throughout the day and planning my meals. When I feel in need of a reward, I will choose something that isn't food.
In order to keep my goals forefront in my mind, I put them on my phone as wallpaper. I also have an automatic black and white setting that comes on my phone at 9. I'm adding a screentime extension on my computer to limit night usage. We'll see how these go!
It will be fun to work on my goals and see what happens!
