August Review and September Goals

My first goal for August was to exercise at least ten minutes every day. I exercised 29 out of 31 days.
My second goal was to get at least one thousand fitness minutes for the month. I met this goal.
My third goal for August was to do strength training at least three times a week. I did this three out of four weeks.
I think I’m going to keep these same goals for September. They are good goals for me to focus on.
