Week 1 Successes

I completed week 1 of my new adventure and I feel like I am doing okay. Food is still a bit of a challenge. I am on the see food diet when there's something like chips or sweets available.
Answer to that is to get them out of the house.

Exercise has been going great. I am still following the Serious Strength Calendar. Today was day 10. I am so proud of myself because this is the longest that I've stuck with a calendar. emoticon

My friend was visiting over the weekend. She's been here several times over the summer. She commented that I looked like I'd lost weight......ah no.... but I'll take it. I think the strength training is kicking in.

I have the same goals as last week but moving on to TBR Lesson 2.
I was successful in all my goals except for the last one. 10 minutes of meditation.
It didn't happen. Will attempt again this week.

Goals this week:
Complete TBR program Lesson 2
Follow SS calendar workouts
Track my food each day
Drink my water
10 minutes meditation or reflection time each day.

Onward and upward.
