Fall 5% Challenege - eating commitment

Here is my plan for the fall challenge, once it starts

Check list for Fall 5%! We got this!
Do you know what diet you will follow?
Basically my cook book (app) is filled with cooking light from the old day or lower calories items, so lower calories, more veggies, more protein... also have a south beach cook book that i need to dig into. When i did that diet i enjoyed it, just hard to follow with the shakes etc. I need to chew! I still have shake packets from years ago when i did it! Will make one when i just have to have a sweet treat!

Found some recipes?
I have nearly 1000 in my app. We have a rating system and we def make our favorites! I need help with sides! Some times i'm about to plate the meat and go... oh dear...

Grocery list?
When i used to go into stores, i had an app, so yes. Now that list is what i put in the store app to have them delivery to my car's trunk!

Shop?
I order, they call, i show up, they put it in my car!

Do you have the food on hand to get started?
Yes!

Have you followed this diet before?
Yes!

Did you clean up your kitchen?
Everything is pretty much where it needs to be!

    Yeah, we have a LOT of Cooking Light recipes! Though Paul (the chef in our family) tends to tweak them a lot. :-)
