Align yourself on Monday

I did a short meditation this morning it was all about making sure
you are aligned with yourself and others, Align with yourself with the world,
your body, and your spirit. Sit up and be tall . Breathe and be one.

The hubby and I took a short drive to a bird sanctuary. The water is so
low this year but still I was able see five herons on the pond, We also saw
many ducks. We talked about our many walks through the marshes and trails,

I took a walk this morning and saw my friend the hawk, I had a lovely
boxing workout this afternoon that just flowed,

So glad I had time to align myself with nature today , I will work hard to align
myself with others and especially my spiritual side.
