I got 2 ½ hours of sleep last night. My kids’ “stuff” I guess really, really got to me.
BUT … no stress eating. NONE. Now to stay the course. Sometimes when everything starts to get back to normal … WAM!!! Everything SLAPS me up side the head and I eat the house down.
NOT GONNA HAPPEN … this time.
More from Steve #34:
Fat people display their conviction with words.
Fit people display their conviction with action.
Stop philosophizing and speculating about how and why you are fat.
The past is gone, so get over it and move forward.
It doesn’t make you any less of a human being because you wolfed down too many doughnuts and pizzas. Focus on the future and fix the problem.
You’re closer than you think to a beautiful, healthy body you can be proud of and a level of self-confidence you won’t believe.
All you have to do is take one step at a time.
Critical Thinking Question: Do your results prove you to be a person of big talk or big action???
Action Step: Keep taking daily action in your eating and exercise habits whether you feel like it or not. Talk big or stay quiet, but remember that your actions are the only thing that counts.
The kids are eating pizza for lunch today when we all take a break.
Me … I’m staying on my path to healthy!!!
Yep … I can talk tough.
BUT I’ll show ya … I mean it this time.
PS ... DS2 is here helping take off the rain gutters.
I am putting my closet back together … with new enthusiasm to get my b@tt back into alllllll these smaller cute clothes.
Change your mind … and the rest WILL follow.
Coz … I want to be ME.
**Within this blog is my longwinded thoughts based on my reading and humble understanding of Steve Siebold’s Die Fat or Get Tough and years and years and years of searching for thinness and … self-peace.
