I have been working my plan watching calories and carbs and trying to balance my food but there are days I wake up and I am tired and because of being tired all I want to do is take the easy way out. I know I need to follow thru but some days it is so hard that I am not doing it. I need ideas on how to combat this fatigue problem. Thanks

    But beyond that, planning/making meals ahead of time, having easy healthy snacks available (and no junk food in easy range) can help you make good choices even when fatigue/other stressors are messing with your willpower

    My mom always told me exercise would help me sleep, but I think I've proven that wrong this recent month... A hot bath before bed, set schedule, no caffeine, exercise, no screens before bed are all *supposed* to help

    Gosh, that's a hard one. I have no solutions. Are you getting enough sleep? Do you have an underlying health issue that could play into it?
