Week 2 Continues

It's not really week 2 but that's what I'm calling it.
It is amazing to me how I can be flying high one day and down the next. Had some challenges at work last week and it messed me up and all my plans were trashed.
Not getting into it here but definitely beaten down a bit and going to focus on me and let work fend for itself.
My fitness and food has been up and down. No significant damage done so onward and upward.
