Hello Spark Family!

Hope all is well, your all safe...and enjoying the cooler weather! I know I am!

I forgot to set some goals for September so I really have nothing to compare to...I know I worked out,,,weight stayed the same..for the most part...eating is getting better! and water intake is fantastic!
For the most part I am very happy with September....

For October I would like to set some goals :

1- 5000 steps a day ,minimum
2- 3 days of weight lifting/strength training
3- 2 days solely on abs/core/stretching...
4- one day of either Peloton Bike or the Nortic Track Treadmill....
5- clean up eating ....and continue with water intake
6- continue to volunteer and keep up with my Trail medication study...
7- start taking more pride in myself....I was raised that the first impression is the best impression , and I used to do my hair , have some make up on , dress nicely, and just all and all take care of myself...I have really really let this go a long with my weight...

TO me this all sounds very over whelming , but this is what and how I lived and swore by when I was at my fittest so I know I need to get back....

Hubby and I are still loving our withings watch and is interesting to see how the graphs go...I still do not understand it all and maybe I will add that to my list - figure out how to operate it all...

I think that is about it except October is our Thanksgiving- that will be different this year, it is my Birthday and my Father -in- laws Birthday....but it is also the Anniversary of Mom's passing so it will be an emotional month but I let my body do whatever it will need to do...

So what are your plans or goals for October? I would love to hear....

    These are great goals. Try not to feel overwhelmed. 6 and 7 are gonna be a lot of fun. You are beautiful anyway so think of it as dress up. I am keeping my goals simple. 5% challenge, ab work 3 times a week and try calorie variation (eating low, middle and high end of range). You are gonna crush these goals!! emoticon

    Your September sounds like it went pretty well! I hope it will help propel you into October with momentum. You sound focused and determined with GREAT goals for the new month! I love how you and hubby sat down last night and discussed your goals and your plans together! Team work helps so much. I’m grateful that my hubby is also my fitness partner.
