Fear is a habit, so is self pity, defeat, anxiety, despair, hopelessness and resignation. You can eliminate all of these negative habits with two simple resolves: I can and I will.
I borrowed this from a spark page, sorry... it fits so much right now! I do have a lot to b afraid of... my job is being eliminated. Six of my co-workers are vying for 3 positions... this is going to b painful for all of us... my husband has been recently diagnosed with 2 kinds of cancer to go along with a third one.... ya way to much stress for me to handle... I know it isn't all about me.. friends, co-workers, family...
Things I can do: prepare healthy meals, go for a walk with the dog, turn all my worries and fears to God to handle, say prayers for the Doctors and nurse's and my fellow friends and co-workers.
