Fitness Personality Quiz

Yesterday I came across a SP article which included a quiz to help you determine what motivates you for fitness. My results were a little mixed and I wanted to put them on paper so I can refer to it in the future.
Out of the eight questions, I scored the highest (3) in the Hardcore Exerciser category. Then I scored a 2 in the Adventurous Exerciser. The other categories I scored either a 1 or a 0, so I'm ignoring those.
The Hardcore Exercisor is one who is motivated to do their best and strive to reach their goals. I was surprised I scored highly in this category. I visualize a hardcore as a very focused athlete who is determined throughout their chosen workout. As I contemplated this thought, I realized that I tend to try and beat my own record when walking. My smartwatch and my phone's health app stimulate me to do better. I always enjoy hearing them tell me if my pace is quicker, which motivates me to walk faster or farther. So I guess there is some truth in this.
The Adventurous Exerciser is someone who enjoys integrating fitness with leisure. This person is not a planner and has to push themselves to exercise or the day gets away. This is quite true of me as well. I love walking in my neighborhood and hiking. If I'm shopping, I try to walk quickly to kill two birds with one stone. I rarely plan my activity, I decide on spur of the moment what I will do and how hard to tackle it.
Knowing and understanding these traits now, I need to create solutions for potential downfalls so I can meet my fitness goals. For one, there must be some truth in the theory of scheduling your fitness on your planner or calendar. I understand how this may be beneficial for me. I will also seek new trails for hiking.
Sorry, I don't remember now the name of the article I read. But I'm sure you could use the search engine to find the quiz. What motivates you to be your best?
