Over the last 3 weeks I have been trying to increase my fastest time on a mile walk. Not that that is the most important thing, but, I used to be much faster and walk much longer.
But I have been able to decrease my time by 2 mins and 20 seconds on a mile.
I admit it has nothing to do with my love of walking, I am not in it to win prizes, but it feels good to be edging back to my old time.
I had to push myself I admit but I feel like I am getting back to where I used to be.
And I need it for sure.
Health comes first of course. But it feels good to challenge myself and win.
