Yesterday was a difficult day. My BF was upset because he didn't sleep & I disturbed him the night before. He is a vet w/ PTSD so can get very irritable. I took a drive alone to get out of house, listened to some good music, then treated my to a late lunch. Stayed well under calorie goal & didn't turn to food. Came back & turned in early to read. He finally got some rest & we had a much better day today. I'm glad that I'm learning how to manage w/o food as a crutch.
