Week 3 Simple Goals, Small Wins

I have been struggling...... cannot stay focused on anything long enough to be successful. It is really interesting when you think about the human being and mind. One minute so powerful and the next so weak.
In the jumble of things that is my lift, I have had a few successes.
Strength training - I have been sticking to my strength workouts and can see results. That's lots of motivation.
Water - I have been getting in 8 glasses of water a day. Definitely makes me feel better.
I return to my tracking and what works (over and over again as necessary). I don't give up!
Goals for the Week
I will stay organized and track my food in advance.
Schedule a little break each hour to step away from work to breathe.
Get in 5-10 minutes of meditation a day
