Time To Chill

No, I am not quitting! Far from it. This week was hectic. My weight is up and I need to regroup. I have been running a round like a chicken with its head cut off. Up early. In bed late. Late is never good for me because I eat terribly at night.

Time to chill out and get back to basics. I feel great-- especially since it is Friday. My husband said I mumbled something about not being ready yet at 4:45 am when I woke up the first time. Next thing ya know it's 7:30 AM and I have cats hollerin' and bangin' at the door like I stole something! emoticon

I needed to sleep. I over did it yesterday with the early power walk/run, workout with kid and her trainer, cardio with niecypoo and BFF, and then my day job! I didn't crawl in bed until after midnight. I did yoga this morning to get my mind right and dance later. I will finish the day with a nice walk because the weather is sooooo nice and I have to get my miles in.
