Re-start, Re-boot, Re-DO!

Sitting here, putting on my walking shoes, and getting my mind in line with what I have to do, should do, know I need to do. My 60 lb loss a few years ago has shrunk to 36lbs. I have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes. My morning fasting numbers have been over 100 consistently. I had stopped keeping a food diary, I stopped walking on a regular schedule, much less ever. I was motivated a few years ago by the diagnosis of Morbidly Obese, now it's Pre-Diabetes. I did not do well on Keto last year and gained quite a bit back. I guess a low calorie with moderate carbs will be the new attempt. Argh! I feel at a loss trying to come up with an eating plan that will work and be a lifestyle and not a diet.
Ok, out the door I go, exercise 1st, then get my kitchen cupboard in order.
