Setbacks- I fell a couple months ago while painting and injured (possibly broke) some toes when I landed. They took a few weeks to heal. I couldn’t work out or walk as much for a while. Workouts - I’m back on track working out 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week and getting stronger again! I should add some running back in!! I need to move more during the day! Food - I was eating too much sugar and getting off track lately. This really didn’t help my waistline... whoops!! 😬🙃. I’m getting my eating back on track but should dial it in even more. I’ve been tracking in this site again and it is helping! Weight - I've been 147- 150. My goal is to lose 10 pounds and be back at 137-140. I was at that weight for most of the past year. This 10 pounds needs to GO!
