I'm finding myself frustrated that at this point, instead of losing weight, I'm actually gaining a little bit. I know this happens all the time, but somehow my brain can't accept that after a day of doing everything right, I managed to gain almost a pound. It feels like if I exercise more than usual and eat right, as well as drinking enough water, I should at least be the same weight, if not less. But, instead, I weigh more the next day.
I'm still working, and I'm still determined. But it does feel as though my goals and actions don't affect the reality of how much progress occurs. Sorry if this seems too negative.
