Day 18 & Day 19

Well, yesterday was my "cheat meal" day, so I caved and got Taco Bell for the first time in 3 weeks, and it was amazing! Going without it for 3 weeks was a lot harder for me than it sounds, coming from someone who usually gets it once or twice a week. I ended up going a little overboard with my calories though, and didn't exercise, but man, I felt great, and I haven't felt full in awhile, and felt like I was getting enough salt somehow, whatever that means.
So, sure enough, this morning I've gained a couple pounds, which is a lot considering how little I've lost so far, but I'm hoping I can burn it back off soon enough. Yesterday made me think that maybe I'm not having enough calories every day, and I need to be on top of making sure I have enough just as much as I make sure I don't have too much. I think breakfast is important too, even if I'm not hungry. I think I can also counteract eating more calories by exercising every day consistently, and eventually increase the time spent exercising. I spent a half hour just now playing Just Dance on the Wii, and I finally do feel a little bit if that "high" people talk about after exercising. It kind of feels similar to how you feel when at the end of riding a crazy rollercoaster.
