Back on Track

Weather, fatigue and laziness got in the way of my power walking for a few days but this morning I went out and did 5.5 miles. I have no idea why I was so reluctant to get out there when it always feels so good.
I have to get "sparkling" again. Thank goodness my weight is not going up because my nutrition has been under control. Sometimes I just feel so overwhelmed that I don't want to do anything but I realize the importance of keeping up with the fitness and I promise myself not to let myself slip away from it. A few days I wont kick myself over it but I know if I dont KEEP IT UP, it will be too easy to just stop working out.
I dont want to turn to mush so I am making myself promises to keep moving forward..
