We are still painting the kitchen and dining area. I think it got bigger. With no family gathering … there’s no real rush to accomplish this other than it would be extra nice to have my working, completed kitchen back again.
More from Steve #85:
Fat people believe they know how to get fit.
Fit people are learning machines.
Fat people have usually lost and gained dozens if not hundreds [thousands] of pounds throughout their lifetime, which leads them to believe they know everything there is to know about this subject.
If fat people knew how to be thin and healthy long term, they’d be fit.
Fit people are always searching for answers, and are open minded to new ideas, systems, and philosophies that will help them get healthier.
Critical Thinking Question: Are you tapping into the expertise of others who can make your fitness journey easier and more enjoyable???
Action Step: Study as many world-class experts on health and fitness as you can. Beginning today, invest 15 minutes studying an expert you respect.
Well … hmmm-ph. I do know a lot about losing weight. Lots about nutrition. Some about physical fitness.
So … knowing better isn’t always doing better. Sorry Maya Angelou (“When you know better, you do better.")
I have been studying about foods and hypothyroidism … thus my reminder about dairy consumed too close to meds. Does anyone know anything about oat milk??? Is it considered dairy as well???
Does anyone have a better understanding of exercise and hypothyroidism???
I like learning and I am open to new thoughts and philosophies.
Thus, me delving into Steve Siebold’s book … Diet Fat or Get Tough. He’s brash, up in your face, rude … honest, to the point, tells it like he sees it. He’s opened my eyes, my way of thinking … my procrastinating.
I want Sparkers to share with me … their lives, their challenges, their successes, their knowledge. I want them to support me, challenge me, push me out of my comfort zone … and laugh with me and … at me.
This journey isn’t “just” about knowledge … it’s also about … support. Gentle and soft … and/or a swift kick … of reality.

Change your mind … and the rest WILL follow.
Coz … I want to be ME.
• Detach from the numbers.
**Within this blog is my longwinded thoughts based on my reading and humble understanding of Steve Siebold’s Die Fat or Get Tough and years and years and years of searching for thinness and … self-peace.
