Light Bulb moment on Sugar Cravings!

Day 11 of the sugar busting challenge brought new information to the party. A lack of Chromium in the diet may produce sugar cravings. Looking over my food journal, both good and bad days, I have found that the days I have had old fashioned oatmeal for breakfast, I didn't really eat any sweets during those days. Oats are on the list for being high in Chromium, a coincidence? I think not!
