November review and December goals

My first goal for November was to exercise at least ten minutes every day. I am proud to say that I met this goal. This had been my goal for several months, but it’s the first time I’ve actually done it. I hope to do it again in December.

My second goal was to get at least one thousand fitness minutes for the month. I ended up getting 1518 minutes. So for December my goal will be to get at least fifteen hundred fitness minutes.

My third goal for November was to do strength training at least three times a week. I met this goal, and I will keep the same goal for December

My fourth goal was do yoga at least three times a week. I met this goal, too, and I will keep this goal for December.

My last goal for November was to do this push-up challenge. I’m not strong enough to do it with regular push-ups, so I did inclined push-ups on the fourth stair of the staircase. I did okay until it got to 15 push-ups, then I really struggled. I’m going to repeat this challenge for December and see if I can complete it.
