Off to a Good Start

My weight might not be where I want it to be, but I have a good start to the year.

Weighed in.
Breakfast Slimfast.
5,000 steps by 11:15 AM before I exercised.
7,500 steps by 3:30 PM.

I want to simplify my meals. I am doing a 7 day menu and putting it into Spark today.

I do make a few New Year's resolutions and have some amazing successes with them. I stopped eating chips and crackers 5 years ago, and I stopped eating in movie theaters 5 years ago.

I do feel a new year is a fresh start.

We did an easy workout today. Fun, low impact workout for TOTAL beginners.
