I “borrowed” that from someone else’s blog coz I like it so much.
We can not stay in our comfy “cocoons” and expect the changes we want within ourselves. Isn’t that the true definition of … crazy???
I’m wrapping up a full week of being on my track. Whew. The sugar withdrawals are murder. Then last night I got an ocular migraine that sent me to bed at 630. Today I feel like someone beat my head with a baseball bat.
BUT … I have stayed on track.
Move my body daily … walk 5x a week.
Drink half my body weight in water daily.
Self-care daily to include meditation.
Eating my plan … daily.
Monthly dates with Hubby.
Monthly new recipe.
Weekly work on our quilt.
I also will finish posting my Steve Siebold lessons … coz I like straight talk.
Here’s to another successful 7 days.
