December review and January goals
Monday, January 04, 2021
My first goal for December was to exercise at least ten minutes every day. I met this goal. This had been my goal for several months, but I finally did it in November and December. I hope to do it again in January.
My second goal was to get at least fifteen hundred fitness minutes for the month. I met this goal, and I will keep the same goal for January.
My third goal for December was to do strength training at least three times a week. I met this goal, and I will keep the same goal for January.
My fourth goal was do yoga at least three times a week. I met this goal, too. For January I signed up to do a 30-day yoga challenge with Yoga for Adriene, so my goal will be to do yoga for 30 days.
My last goal for December was to do this push-up challenge. I’m not strong enough to do it with regular push-ups, so I did inclined push-ups on the fourth stair of the staircase. I met this goal for December.
Finally, I wanted to share my yearly progress on my main fitness goal, which is to exercise at least ten minutes a day. I kept track of it on a calendar, and in 2020 I exercised 298 days, which is 82% of the year. In 2019 I exercised 240 days, so I made good progress in 2020. I plan to exceed that in 2021!
