Ground Zero - Day 4!

Converted my bike to a stationery bike and have it setup in the living room. This should make it easier for me to move it, move it. Each time I take a break from working at home, my goal is to hop on the bike. My knees are crying. My thighs are burning. My breathing is labored. My morale is improving mainly because I realize this "too shall pass!" Taking it in increments where the burning and achy knees aren't unbearable.
Slow but steady will increase my stamina - motivation - and ability to achieve my lifestyle and weight loss goals!
Feeling like the little engine that could. I think I can. I think I can. I think I can. I know can do it.
