Food and exercise planned on a four week cycle to give a minimum of 500 cals deficit per to aid 1lb per week loss.
If I feel shattered after lunch I’m going to bed for an hour. Tried it 7/1/21 and it helped
Trying for 4 glasses of water per day. Two for sure with the medications
Trying for 10000 steps per day
Trying for better anger management
