Still symptom free and feeling great. But I got to quit cooking. Got up and made omlets for Marg and I at 5:00 a.m. For lunch, I made a pot of beef stew. For dinner a pork loin, baked apples, and sage stuffing and salad. Margaret and Chris are enjoying it. Who knows what I will cook tomorrow. I think a pot of chili is probable. Since the snow is coming down, and the temps have gone down in the twenties, chili will hit the spot. It will be very strange not singing at church tomorrow night, but I am in isolation until Thursday. It isn't a big deal, as I am mostly quarantined 6 days a week. But I will play the game. I have been having to spend a lot of time with the dogs. They are sad that Dolly is not still here. Mike is still standing at the front door for hours every day. Gem keeps pulling Dolly's leach off the hooks that hang in the kitchen. But the scale was my friend this week. About 7 lbs down in 2 weeks. I guess there is some positive to stress, as long as I use the stress to burn calories and not turning to eating. My weapon is to fatten them while I get back to losing. I have pulled my scale out and have measured my food for the last two weeks and it paid off. Well I am going to hit the sack. Well, we had a 1st in the family! Emerson has his first loose tooth.
Had to send a tooth fairy gift. He was too cute when he called us, had to get on Facetime so we could see his loosey tooth. Getting up early to work a few hours tomorrow. Have a great day.

I'm glad you are not feeling symptoms and thank you for following the rules.
So many people around here are positive, not staying home and our numbers are soaring.
One of my grandsons was positive, no symptoms while another was almost hospitalized.
Thursday will be here before you know it. emoticon

The chili does sound good, and I wish Larry liked it, but he is NOT a soup guy, and I could live on it. So I make lots of soups and put individual servings in the freeze and I can have hot soup, and he get a cold meat sand. lol But not all the time, sometimes his dinner(lunch) looks pretty good, but it is to full of carbs. for me.

I'm glad you are symptom free. Went today and got my first covid shot. Now to wait 21 days until my next. I'm sure hoping that this will start to stamp out this terrible virus.

Take care and hubby just made a pot of chili. It was really good, as I asked him to use turkey this time and he did. You couldn't even tell the difference from beef chili. Was healthier and way less calories.

Take care, and prayers for you and your family.

Bob, If you are wanting to cook all of those awesome meals, you can send them to my house. lol I am glad you have no symptoms. I was very sick when I had it and couldn't smell or taste a thing. I lost a lot of week during the three weeks that I was sick. It won't be long now and you will be over Covid and recovering from your knee replacement. emoticon
